👤 Profile

S. M. Nahid Hasan was born in 1984 in Barishal. He spent his childhood and adolescence in Patuakhali. After passing his S.S.C. in 2001, he attended Notre Dame College, Dhaka, and subsequently enrolled in BUET, the country's premier engineering university, in 2003. His spiritual journey began in 2006 through Tableegh Jamaat. He started studying Islamic knowledge seriously in 2009. In his pursuit of Islamic education, he chose not to confine himself to a specific boundary, which allowed him the opportunity to learn from all circles.

📚 Expertise & Contributions

His primary areas of interest and work revolve around three subjects: the Arabic language, the Quran, and Islamic history. Additionally, he works on the curriculum for Arabic language and Islamic education. As part of this work, he founded an institution named 'The Language Institute of Al-Quran'. He has authored, compiled, and published multiple books.

Driven by a deep passion and love for the Arabic language, he became actively involved in teaching it. To ensure an easy and step-by-step Arabic learning process, particularly for children, he authored the "Bidayatul Arabiya" series. Currently, this series is included in the syllabus of more than 200 educational institutions as a highly effective textbook. Besides this, he teaches Seerah (prophetic biography), Islamic history, and matters related to Hajj and Umrah.

🏫 Educational Institutions Founded

  • The Language Institute of Al-Quran

He established this institution to create easy opportunities for people from general educational backgrounds to acquire Islamic knowledge. Currently, numerous students from general backgrounds are studying Holy Quran translation, the Arabic language, and the fundamentals of Islam here. He leads the institution as its Chairman and regularly teaches as the Chief Arabic Language Instructor.

  • Madrasatul Quran Barishal

He founded this modern Hifz (Quran memorization) center in Barishal in 2024. He currently serves as the founder and director of this institution.

  • Madrasatul Quran Dhaka

In response to contemporary needs and the earnest requests of many parents, he founded this modern Islamic school in 2026. He is currently serving successfully as the founder, chairman, and principal of this institution.
